Steve can be found travelling between the UK and Spanish offices and visits as many emerging market destinations as possible to ensure due diligence is undertaken prior to pre launch of new projects and marketing of new off plan sales.

Recent productive negotiations will see Exclusive Master agency developments on prime beachfront destinations in Egypt and Turkey. Investors feel free to contact Steve direct as he deals with multi unit buyers and pre plan investors personally from the UK office or in Spanish offices. Watch out for our new offices in Egypt and Turkey which are in the pipeline!

Theresa is married to Steve Long (Managing Director) and is a non executive director of Casacalida Properties and View2invest.com Ltd Theresa's involvement in the business is limited now she is back living in the UK with 3 children in full time education. She does visit as many emerging markets and beaches as she can though!

He also oversees personally the design team who maintain all our websites including all view2 dedicated country sites. Mark lives with Jackie in a big villa near the sea on the borders of the Costa Calida and Costa Blanca. (What a life!)

Jackie is now heavily involved with sales although when our commercial director Mark (her husband) enticed her back to work it was to be our accounts manager as this is her background and expertise.

Jackie oversees our in-house accountant Patrick but due to client demand is spending more time on the road selling. She loves it really! Jackie is keen to visit new markets and is a front runner in promoting new markets within Spain through our view2invest initiatives and campaigns.

Amber Long (UK & Spain)

Amber is based in the UK office and undertakes Spanish support dealing with web and office based enquiries. Amber is the one of the daughters of the directors and misses Spain where her and the family lived for nearly 5 years. She is Spanish speaking and keen to work in the Head Office there in the future.

Nicola at present acts as support to her dad Steve based in the UK office however she is becoming more involved with the emerging markets and now deals with initial enquiries from these markets. Nicola is very much a team player and assists any of the management team where required.

Darren assists Mark and Steve with and marketing inititives, he frequently Fly's back and forth from UK office to Spanish offices. Darren can often be found Lounging around the pool gathering inspiration! (So he says). Darren is working on the newsletters which will become a monthly feature for respective websites and countries marketed.

Christine Atkinson (Spain)

Christine is our rentals manager, she predominantly organises mid to long term rentals for clients awaiting property to be built or "trying before they buy" she is currently organising the new maintenance division which is now operational as of May 2008.

She assists on sales especially with golf properties. Christine is a keen player herself. Married to Bob a retired police officer, they live on La Torre Golf complex and very much enjoy the social side of living in Spain.

Juste is multi lingual and deals with Spanish clients and enquiries, Juste is assisting our awareness in areas such as Lithuania and Russia where enquiries are ever increasing. She does speak Basic English and is picking up new terms everyday from the rest of the team, most of it useful!!

We are pleased that after much discussion, persuasion and to be honest outright pleading and blackmail! Jo has decided to join the team as our international sales manager. Jo's experience is immense; he has worked as a regional sales manager for one of the biggest agency groups in the Murcia/Alicante region.

Jo is multi lingual and dynamic and is based in our head office in Spain where he runs the Spanish sales team and will assist in the emerging market expansion programme within Spain.
